Eligibility to sit on the board of directors – Board Level membership entitles you to nominate a senior executive (typically the president of a business unit, a regional CEO or a country manager) to join LIDE Australia’s board of directors. The board meets at least 4 times per year (online or in person) to discuss the outlook for the coming quarters and set LIDE Australia’s strategic direction.
